Disney’s Art of Animation is full on Disney imagineering from the pools to the rooms to the grounds. The incredible scale of characters brings you into the storyline. Meet Lightning McQueen or pose with Simba for Hakuna Matata as you venture around. It’s fun to run around and find all of the characters.

Room themes are The Little Mermaid, Lion King, Cars, and Finding Nemo.

Pools are amazing! Family Suites are great for families of 5 or 6 with the larger rooms and additional beds. Disney Skyliner to Hollywood Studios, Epcot, and other resorts eases the transportation angst and opens up more dining options.

The footprint is large so it can be a hike to the bus or dining depending on what building you are in.

The Drop Off Pool Bar (QS) - Relax poolside with a cold beverage or treat. I highly recommend the watermelon margarita
