Epcot is known for its various festivals and the Epcot International Flower & Garden Festival may just be my favorite. There are topiaries ALL over the parks - they move around year to year so keep an eye out.

Pop-up food booths offer special eats and drinks. I especially like the smaller portions so that you can try a few different ones as you walk through the countries.

The festival is typically held in March, April, and May, but you would be hard pressed to arrive in Epcot and not find a festival.

& Orange Bird is the official mascot. He has a bit of a cult following so may see long lines for merch.
