White tablecloths and fastidious service bring the parks up a notch when dining at The Hollywood Brown Derby restaurant.
They are known for the Cobb Salad and Grapefruit Cake (& a spread of martinis), but I opt for the margarita, any of the appetizers, the burger (if available), and the chocolate cake. My daughter loved the mac & cheese.
Note: If you don’t have a resy and it’s a beautiful day, try to grab a seat at the outdoor lounge. You can also order margs and other drinks to go.
